Is SENDIT free to download?

Yes. The SENDIT app is free to download on iOS and Android. Senders post delivery jobs for free and only pay when they accept a driver's offer. On the Standard driver plan there is no monthly fee; SENDIT takes a 15% commission on completed jobs only.

How much does SENDIT cost?

Senders: post for free, then pay the agreed delivery price plus Stripe's processing fee ($0.55 + 2.9%) when you accept an offer. Example: a $15 delivery costs $15.99 total. Drivers on Standard: keep 85% with a 15% commission and no monthly fee. Eligible drivers can optionally subscribe to SENDIT Pro at NZ$39.99/month including GST for 10% commission and a 48-hour payout hold.

SENDIT Pro is an optional monthly subscription for eligible deliverers. It costs NZ$39.99/month including GST, with no free trial. Pro members get 10% SENDIT commission (vs 15% on Standard) and a 48-hour payout hold (vs 96 hours on Standard). Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

What fee do senders pay?

Senders pay the agreed delivery price plus Stripe's processing fee ($0.55 + 2.9%). You see the exact total before payment. SENDIT does not charge senders an additional platform markup on top of the delivery price.

How much do drivers keep on Standard?

On the Standard plan, drivers keep 85% of the agreed delivery fee on every completed job. SENDIT takes a flat 15% commission whether you accept a listed price or win with your own quote. There is no monthly Standard subscription fee.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Senders see the exact total (delivery price + Stripe processing fee) before payment. Drivers see Standard or Pro plan terms in the app before subscribing. All costs are displayed upfront with no surprises.

When do I pay as a sender?

You pay when you accept a driver's offer, not when you post the job. The total shown includes the agreed delivery price plus Stripe's processing fee ($0.55 + 2.9%).

What happens if a delivery is cancelled?

If a delivery is never completed or a dispute is raised and upheld, you receive a full refund of the delivery amount and SENDIT absorbs the Stripe processing fee. If you cancel after a driver has accepted the job, the Stripe processing fee is non-refundable as this is a sender-initiated cancellation. There are no booking fees.

Is SENDIT a courier service?

No. SENDIT is a delivery app that connects senders with verified local drivers. You post a job and compare quotes. It is not a fixed-rate courier, removalist, or guaranteed same-day freight line. Prices depend on the job, route, and driver offers.

SENDIT Pro members with active entitlement may have a 48-hour hold instead. Senders can raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Payment processor and bank settlement times can vary.
