Post pickup and delivery on SENDIT
Add the seller address as pickup, your delivery address, photos, dimensions, and when you need it moved. SENDIT does not import Trade Me listing data.
Compare quotes and coordinate pickup
Verified drivers can quote or accept your listed price. Choose a driver, share confirmed pickup instructions in-app, pay securely, and receive photo proof at pickup and delivery.
Confirm collection details with the seller
Before or after posting on SENDIT, align with the seller through Trade Me messaging. SENDIT does not message sellers or verify collection consent for you.
- The seller agrees to collection by another person on your behalf
- The pickup address is accurate and accessible
- A realistic collection window or pickup instructions
- Whether the item is dismantled, packaged, or ready to load
- Whether loading help is available at the seller location
- Any reference or identifying detail the seller needs at collection
Once you choose a driver, use in-app chat to share confirmed pickup instructions. Do not publish unnecessary personal details in your public SENDIT listing.
What to include in your SENDIT delivery listing
Trade Me photos may help you understand the item, but your SENDIT job should contain accurate delivery information for drivers.
- Current item dimensions and estimated weight where known
- Quantity and a clear description of what is being moved
- Photos useful to the driver (you add these to SENDIT — listing images are not imported automatically)
- Access notes: stairs, lifts, narrow driveways, or gate codes
- Whether the item is assembled or needs two-person handling
- Your required timing — flexible windows help drivers quote
